How long will my order take to process?

 Due to a high turnaround on orders we give at least 7-14 working days for any shoes to be processed unless stated otherwise, due to the nature of hand personalisation you can understand the time and effort that goes into each pair of shoes. Depending on the amount of orders we have at one time the process time may vary. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that will include your tracking number and a link that will take your directing to our couriers tracking page. Alternatively you can visit www.royalmail.com and search "track and trace" and enter your tracking number manually.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

All orders delivered outside of Europe are required to clear customs, this may cause a delay depending on the volumes they may have at one time. If your order has gone over 2 weeks since being dispatched please contact us stating your tracking information and order number, we will call the courier to find out the were about's of your order and contact you back within 24 hours with an update. For orders in the UK and Europe are not required to clear customs but could still become delayed depending on high volumes, if your shoes have not arrived within 2 weeks of dispatch please contact us at info@rosinasavage.com and we will contact our courier for more information on your orders were about's. 

Can I return my shoes if I change my mind?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our service we do not accept returns on any shoes as all items are made to order.

 What method of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Debit and Credit card. Please note you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment with this service.

Do you ship internationally? 

Absolutely. We ship worldwide
